Azerbaijani president emphasized that social policy has always been and will be a priority. “The steps taken in the first quarter, once again shows that Azerbaijan is a social state. All economic reforms, our successful oil and gas policy is aimed at people to live better.”

The Head of State said this year should be implemented large-scale projects in the field of regional development. “For the implementation of the planned projects will require about 2 billion manat. Part of these funds should be provided by the state preferential loans, and some - at the expense of entrepreneurs. Anyway, we put just such a purpose. We must try to achieve this goal. Thus, the investment that will be invested in the economy of the country, in the non-oil sector alone will contribute to further recovery, creating new jobs, we will have a new export products.”
